About

After completing her university degree, Jennifer worked at Sigmar Mackenzie Real Estate Services where she began her career in real estate as a sales agent. Following two years of sales experience, Jennifer became a candidate member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and began appraising residential properties. Jennifer then moved to Red River Group in 2010 and completed her AACI designation in May 2020.

Areas of Expertise

Jennifer works primarily in point-in-time appraisals of multifamily, commercial, retail/office, industrial, agricultural, and residential appraisals for financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in Winnipeg. She also performs work in the RM of Spingfield and St Clements including Victoria Beach, Selkirk, Oakbank, as well as many points in between.
